In 1996 a construction company was born as brain child of Roney Monteiro, a Brazilian-born immigrant that had a dream to enable people to build custom projects regardless of its size.
Using his construction management knowledge, architectural background, and hands-on construction skills, he worked towards building a crew of reliable subs, and dedicated staff that shares his vision of integrity, respect and honesty on every relationship.
The company’s vision of success is a result of right, thoughtful decisions, and ethical choices, along with superior craftsmanship.
With these concepts in mind, employees are chosen, kept and happily maintained, clients are nurtured and expectations are met. It’s a work in progress that require all members to be synergistically in sink and provided the base that allowed the company to survive the 2008 recession and grow to what it is now.
