Specialized Professional Rates
If for any reason the work you requested requires the attention of any of our specialists, we will inform you so you could decide what to do. The pricing for many of the specialized trades is $95 per labor hour, with a $250 minimum labor charge. Still way below the $110 per hour that many specialty trades charge. Materials, parts and special equipment follow our standard reimbursement policies. We make it all simple and upfront so you do not have to worry. Your problem will be resolved each and every time no matter how complicated, specialized or unique. Unlike other contractors, we do not look at your house or business to decide how much to charge, we here at The Ultimate Handyman respect the importance of performing a task at a fair price, no matter how desperate the customer is or how specialized the work is.
